The municipality's Citizen Center is located at the entrance to the municipal building, staffed by municipal guides whose task is to serve the municipality's citizens and guide them correctly in the organization both during physical visits, via phone, and email. We are now looking for a temporary colleague to join our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a municipal guide, you will work to answer questions, provide information, and guidance about the municipality's activities. Contacts occur via phone, visits, email, and web.

Together with the other two municipal guides and the manager, you will help drive, improve, and develop the unit's operations to provide our citizens with the best possible service.

QUALIFICATIONS

You should be a professional at interaction. You are passionate about providing service and always put the citizen at the center. You enjoy being visible and should be able to meet our citizens in a safe and trustworthy manner. You find it easy to collaborate with different types of people and thrive in an organization where change and development are part of everyday life.

You easily absorb and process large amounts of new information. You are responsible, structured, and capable of completing your tasks.

Problem-solving is one of your strong suits, and you have a good ability to switch between teamwork and individual work. You are an experienced administrator, computer user, and find it easy to work in various systems.

Experience in consumer counseling is an advantage. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Furthermore, it is advantageous if you also master other languages.

You have completed a recognized high school education, preferably with longer work experience in similar tasks. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability for the position.
